Our owner Fredrick Cannon worked in Property Management for over 10 years in HUD housing. He knows firsthand the pressures of maintaining high performing properties while also operating under a budget. This understanding of the challenges those in property management and ownership faces, Mr. Cannon has developed methods to help properties with both restricted and free flowing budgets.
